I had a very pleasant stay at Drop Inn. The check-in process was easy and the staff were friendly, even allowing me to store my luggage early. The hostel was clean, quiet, and the bed and pillow were comfortable. I also appreciated the free breakfast and the cozy cafe area where I could work. The internet connection was reliable, and I was grateful for the amenities like free earplugs and the big locker underneath my capsule. I would highly recommend this hotel.

The Drop Inn Tottori exceeded my expectations in every way. The cleanliness was impeccable, from the common areas to the capsules themselves. The high ceilings in the capsules made me feel comfortable and not claustrophobic at all. The beds were surprisingly comfy, providing a good night's sleep. I loved the convenience of having USB chargers all around the hostel. The fact that you could bring your own food and use the microwave in the cafe was a huge plus. The standout aspect, however, was the staff, particularly Meeka and Heruka, who both spoke excellent English and made my stay even more enjoyable.

As those taking off early, I absolutely loved the spacious and secure storage in the capsules. the USB and type A outlets were a convenient touch, and the closet space was perfect for hanging clothes. the block out curtains ensured a dark and peaceful sleep. the bathrooms and laundry facilities were excellent, and the cafe on the first floor was a great addition. Being able to leave our luggage at the front desk was very helpful. the location, right across from the bus terminal and JR station, couldn't have been better. this was the best capsule hotel experience I've had.

Breakfast disappointed.

The beds in the capsule were huge and spacious with plenty of storage options for my luggage. The lockers underneath the bed were a great feature and allowed me to securely store my belongings. The location of the hotel was perfect, right near the transit terminal and a shopping mall, making it convenient to catch buses and trains to explore the surrounding cities. there were plenty of restaurants nearby, so finding food was never a problem.

Upon arrival, the lack of lighting in the hotel was a bit confusing and made me question if I was in the right place. The reception staff was not very friendly or informative, and I had to rely on reviews to learn about certain amenities, such as the shower for women.

Modern and sleek with 24HR cafe on the first floor. Continental breakfast includes delicious coffee and toast. Clean communal bathroom and toilet. Conveniently close to the train station and plenty of nearby restaurants. Spacious capsules and comfortable shared space with power outlets.
